Finally, the 1981 gig of the Stray Cats in Montreux has been legally released (bootlegs have made their rounds for a couple of years now). Our man can be seen on only one track, this being "Be Bop A Lula". However, you can easily sit through the rest of the gig, as the Stray Cats were hot back then. I only wonder how I missed this gig, as I used to be something of a regular down at the Montreux Jazz Festival. Anyway, even if the Stray Cats are not your cup of tea, the DVD is well worth it for the Wilko appearance alone, however brief it is.
